What it costs
Tell us what it is and where, and we will show you where the job starts. Every job is built for the property it is on, so the figure is set on site, and it is not the cheapest number you will find in Edmonton.
Step 1 of 7
The inspection is free, and the figure comes before any work starts.
Where you need us
A family home and a commercial kitchen carry different risks. Start with yours.
What it costs
Bed BugsThe room gets treated, not the bed. Full treatment, follow-up sprays, and contact until it is clear.from $350
MiceEntry points sealed first, then commercial bait stations placed and monitored. Baiting a hole nobody closed is a subscription, not a fix.from $350
CockroachesTreated in the cracks and voids they actually live in, not sprayed across a floor.from $350
Bees and WaspsNests removed from decks, soffits and eaves. Same-day where we can get to you, and the yard is yours again.from $200
AntsTreated at the nest, then along the exterior line they came in on. Killing the trail in the kitchen changes nothing.from $250
SpidersWebs swept from the exterior and the perimeter treated, so the corners stay clear instead of being re-spun each week.from $250
SquirrelsRemoved, the way in closed behind them, and the damage put right. An attic they can still reach is an attic they come back to.from $500
RaccoonsFound, removed and the way in closed, because a raccoon that got into an attic once can do it again.from $350
SkunksRemoved from under decks, sheds and steps, and the space closed so the next one does not simply move in.from $350
BeetlesIdentified first, then treated where they breed rather than where they were noticed.from $250
Fleas and FliesTreated through the life cycle rather than once, because the eggs already in the carpet are the actual problem.from $250
Sow BugsA moisture problem as much as a pest one. Treated at the perimeter, with the damp entry conditions pointed out.from $250
Voles, Moles and GophersLawn and yard damage identified correctly first, because the three leave very different evidence and need different work.from $350The method
Exclusion, not just spraying: we close the way in, then treat, then check it held.

Residential
Four of the situations we are called out to most. Find the one that sounds like yours and it opens the treatment that handles it.
Usually ants, and usually a trail from outside. Treated at the nest and along the exterior line they came in on, not just where you saw them.
Ant treatmentCommercial
Restaurants, offices, warehouses and multi-unit buildings. Service outside opening hours where it matters, and a monitoring record you can hand to an inspector.
Amazing service
We had a huge wasp problem inside the house. Dul’s team were here the next day, figured out the problem and found how the wasps entered the house. Getting rid of it isn’t easy, but we couldn’t have done it without their help. Thank you.
Great company with great service! Highly recommend these guys for any bug issues!

Products for household insects are formulated at low concentration levels, and each formulation is intended for a particular area of the home. Dusts and aerosols go into cracks and crevices, so they work on pests without leaving exposed residue. Depending on the application it is best to stay out of the house for a few hours after spraying, particularly if you have any concerns.
Calling an exterminator only once an infestation has developed tends to come with a higher price tag and a lot more stress. Regular proactive treatment keeps the problem from reaching that point, which is what the monthly maintenance program is for.
We use targeted, science-based treatments rather than blanket spraying, and our specialists are trained intensively in how to carry them out.
Every plan is customised to your home, your insect problem and the surrounding environment, so a single generic price is not practical. Individual treatments start from $200 for bees and wasps and $250 for ants, spiders, beetles and sow bugs. Call for a quote on your property.
Your satisfaction is the goal. If you are not completely satisfied we work with you until you are, and if pests return between treatments we come back at no extra charge.
Pesticides, where they are needed, are used in accordance with the product label, which sets out where a product can and cannot be used and which pests it treats. Specialists are trained to follow the label at all times, and the product labels are available for review at any time.
For a few hours, until the treatment is dry, and only the rooms that were treated rather than the whole house. We tell you which rooms and how long before we start, because it depends on the product used and on how much of the property needed treating.
Yes, applied as directed. Exterior work follows the line the pests are actually using rather than covering the whole yard, so the grass is not being soaked in anything, and we tell you how long to keep pets off a treated line before we start.
Because a two-bedroom condo and a four-bedroom house with an attic are not the same job. The figure on each treatment page is the floor for that treatment, and what moves it is the size of the property, how many ways in there are and how far the activity has already got. The inspection sets the number and you approve it before any work begins.
Fifty dollars a month for Mice Control, seventy for Mice and Insect, and ninety-five for Premium Home. All three run quarterly, and what separates them is how much of the property is covered rather than how often we come.
Yes. The maintenance program is a 12-month agreement, with visits and billing every quarter. It renews for another 12 months unless you email us at least 14 days before the renewal date, and cancelling before the 12 months are up makes the rest of the term due. The full agreement is on our terms and conditions page.
An inspection, before anything is applied. We work out what it is, where it is getting in and what the job actually needs, and the price comes from that rather than from a phone call. Nothing is treated until you have the figure and have agreed to it.
Because most pest jobs come back through a way in that nobody closed. Spraying deals with what is in the room today. Finding the entry point, sealing it and coming back to check it held is what decides whether you are calling somebody again next season, and it is the part a cheaper quote is usually leaving out.
For anything with an egg stage, yes, and we say so before you book rather than after the first visit. Eggs already laid are not reached by the first application, so a second treatment is timed to catch what hatches from them. For a wasp nest or a single entry point, usually not.
Bed bugs, mice, cockroaches, bees and wasps, ants, spiders, squirrels, raccoons, skunks, beetles, fleas and flies, sow bugs, and voles, moles and gophers. Each one has its own page with the method and a starting price on it. If you are not sure which you have, call and describe what you are seeing.
Both. Squirrels, raccoons and skunks are removed and the way in is closed behind them, and attic restoration is available where contaminated insulation has to come out. It is the same idea as the mice work: the animal is the symptom and the opening is the problem.
Call and describe it. Most of the time we can tell you what it is on the phone, including whether it needs somebody out the same day, which is a faster answer than working through a page of photographs. Where it needs a look, the inspection settles it before anything is quoted.
Same-day service is available across Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert and Leduc when we have the slot. Call and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you, rather than book you in and move it later.
Edmonton, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Leduc and the surrounding areas. Edmonton is the bulk of it and we cover every quadrant, from Castle Downs to Mill Woods, which is why the city has its own page listing the parts rather than repeating the word Edmonton.
Yes, and a commercial account runs differently: service scheduled outside opening hours, a written record of every visit with what was found and what was done, one crew who learn the building, and a response to a sighting between visits rather than a line in the next report.
Anything not here, call 825-522-1997 and describe it. Most of the time we can tell you what it is on the phone.
